Pryor, sent a letter to the Consumer Product Safety Commission expressing concerns about implementation of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008. On a better note, in my opinion probably the best article written to date on the CPSIA from Walter Olson, Forbes.com - "Scrap The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act" Self-congratulation makes for bad law.
